Trica Oshant Hawkins
has worked for non-profit conservation organizations for most of
her professional career. She received her BS in Wildlife Ecology,
served as Education Specialist for Hawk Mountain Sanctuary in
Pennsylvania for several years, and then returned to her Sonoran
Desert home to co-found the Environmental Education Exchange, a
non-profit organization with the mission of increasing
environmental literacy through collaborative environmental
education programs. After completing a Master’s Degree in
Conservation Biology, she shifted her focus from education to
conservation, and began working with the Arizona
Wildlife Federation (AWF). As AWF’s Conservation Programs
Director, Trica manages several programs that get people outdoors
and directly involved in conservation projects. Trica also
contributes to the organization’s communications, education, and
(for a brief spell) development programs.

Alan
Knobloch has held positions in the nonprofit sector at
The Nature Conservancy Arizona, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Barrow
Neurological Institute, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, and
Valley of the Sun United Way. In addition to being a Certified Fund
Raising Executive from the Association of Fund Raising
Professionals, he has earned a diploma from the National Planned
Giving Institute from the College of William and Mary. Alan is
a member of IPM Advancement's consultant network and a co-founder
of Synergy Philanthropy.
